As master distiller at MGP, the colossal Indiana distillery formerly owned by Seagram’s, Greg Metze made a ridiculous amount of booze for some of America’s best-known brands, among them Bulleit, Angel’s Envy, and Templeton. But in 2016 he quit and headed to a distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado that hadn’t yet bottled a drop of whiskey. What the heck?
