Greetings From The Bourbon Classic

I’m writing this from the airport, where I’m getting ready to wing my way to Louisville for four days of food, drink, distillery visits, and general merriment at the Bourbon Classic. I can only assume that for the next four days I’ll be drinking a lot of Kentucky’s finest, both in cocktail form and unadulterated.
