I know very little about cheese, other than it’s tasty, but I knew where to go when I got the call from Robb Report to write about pairing cheese with whisky. The folks at the French Cheese Board were incredibly helpful and fun to work with as we (well, I) tasted cheese after cheese and whisky after whisky. They even gave me a little goodie bag of cheese to take home… and I left them with some whisky to take home, so it was a good trade. Check out the article here.
